This page can be accessed by going to System > Settings > System

Set to yes if you want to save the exceptions and errors to the log. To access error log in AbanteCart Admin go to System > Logs > Error Logs

Additionally you can change the name of log file see Error Log Filename setting. Default name is error.txt

In case you can not access admin you can locate error log directly in the file /system/logs/error.txt
