If no delivery methods available at checkout there are few cases

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. Make sure you have installed and enabled delivery methods (Extensions > Shippings)
  2. Check Location settings set in the delivery method (s). If you limit your delivery methods to work only in some specific location customers from the another locations (countries) will not see this delivery method
  3. Rare case after upgrade you need to re-save each delivery extension settings.
