Go to System → Settings → Checkout
Set a minimum amount that customers must reach before they can complete their checkout. If the order subtotal falls below this minimum, customers won't be able to proceed. Enter 0 to disable this limitation.
Note: You can also set a minimum quantity for individual products on their respective edit pages. This provides more granular control over product purchase requirements.
