This page can be accessed by going to System > Settings > System
Please be careful when disable caching. Cached pages will not be re-created and site might start loading slow. Default cache driver is FILE. Other drivers available for configuration are APC, APCU, FILE, MEMCACHE, MEMCACHED, XCACHE
