Quantity discounts

Managed from Catalog → Products → Edit product → Promotions

Assign price reduction in absolute amount or percentage based on the quantity before the product is added to the cart.  Putting "10.0" in the field can either mean "new price $10" (depending on the default currency) or "10% off".
