Show order comment field

Go to System → Settings → Checkout

Provides a valuable communication channel between customers and your store. When enabled, a comment field will be displayed during the checkout process. This allows customers to leave notes or special delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave package at the back door") related to their order.

Customer comments are displayed within the order details in the admin panel, making it easy for your team to access and address them.
