Go to System → Settings → Checkout
This value controls the time interval in days before Incomplete orders will be deleted. An empty value means that no orders will be deleted. Note: The order cleanup process runs when a new order is created.
Example: A common scenario is when a customer initiates a checkout with an invalid address and your available delivery methods don't support the customer's location. In such cases, the customer might not be able to complete the order, leading to an incomplete order.
