Use Shipping Session

Go to System → Settings → Checkout

When enabled, this setting saves shipping quotes in the customer's session to avoid unnecessary recalculations. Shipping quotes will only be recalculated if the cart contents or the shipping address changes. This can improve performance and reduce the time it takes for customers to complete their checkout.
