Default Stock Checkout

Go to System → Settings → Checkout

When enabled, customers can proceed with their checkout even if the products they're ordering are currently out of stock (quantity 0 or negative).

Please note that this is a global setting. Individual products can be configured to use the global setting or override it. This allows for granular control over product availability and checkout behavior.
