When enabled, a copy of each new contact form submission will be created as a message within the store administration area, allowing you to easily track and manage customer inquiries.

To prevent email spoofing (where the sender's address is faked), most hosting providers restrict outgoing emails to addresses hosted on their servers. To accurately track the customer's email address, check the "Reply-To" header in the received email.
