Go to System → Settings → Store Details

Duplicate Contact Enquiries to the Messages: When enabled administrator will receive a message in admin about Storefront's contact us form new enquiries.

In order to avoid spoofing most of hostings providers won't allow emails to be sent where the FROM address they don't host. To find out the customer' entered email check the Reply-To address in received email
